a little background: Laura and I met in Thailand while I was there studying abroad. I met her family my first Sunday at church and they pretty much adopted me as one of their own right there on the spot. Laura became more than just a happenstance friend over those few months, I truly began to view her as family. The solidifying trip was to Bali with her family for Christmas. Laura and I shared a room and we sat up at night talking about everything from school to boys, which eventually lead into this exact topic...marriage.
So Thailand ended and we continued to talk when we could on Skype between busy school schedules and other hectic life things. I heard about Scott and met him via Skype for the first time as well. After meeting him in person I couldn't be more happy for you Laura. You both are perfect for one another and I love you so much! I feel so blessed to have been able to be there for you on your special day.
